Joint School F. 5 English Oral Practice

Rules to be followed when you are in the preparation room or the examination room:

a)      No food or drinks

b)      No recording, video-taking and photo-taking.

c)      Make sure that the mobile phone and any other sound emitting devices do not cause disturbances.

d)      Candidates must follow the instructions given by the invigilators.

e)      Candidates must prepare by themselves the necessary stationeries.

f)        Candidates must keep quiet inside the preparation room

g)      Candidates must not talk with others inside the preparation room.

h)      After entering the preparation room, candidates cannot leave without valid reasons.

i)        All notes, books, papers and memos must be put away during the examination. Offences will be considered as cheating.

j)        Invigilators bear the right to ask the offenders to leave the examination room.

Notice to candidates:

a)      All candidates must arrive the reception counter 20 minutes before the exam time.

b)      All candidates must leave the school campus at once after taking the exam, except for the students of ST. Francis Xavier's School.

c)      Those candidates that do not belong to the corresponding exam time-slot must not enter the preparation room or the examination room, unless permission given.

d)      Candidates have to show their own student card at the reception for identity verification.

e)      Candidates cannot transfer their right of taking exam to any third party.

f)        Candidates who do not arrive on time will be considered as being ABSENT. No substituted exam will be arranged.

g)      Any candidates who fail to complete the exam will not be refunded the $10 deposit.

h)      The assigned exam time-slot cannot be altered without special reason.

i)        If any candidate cannot be present on the exam day with special reason, he/she has to inform our LEOs (LEO Jeff:67340306, LEO Benny:90166279) by phone before 25th May 2008. Special arrangement may be made accordingly.

j)        If the weather is bad on the exam day (Observatory announces the hosting of typhoon signal three or above, red or black rainstorm signal), the examination will be cancelled, and the $10 deposit will be refunded (through your school).

k)      If any candidate have inquires, he/she can visit the web-site of our club or contact at 67340306(Jeff Ho)

l)        If any candidate want to raise an inquiry, he/ she must provide his/her group number and name for verification

k)      Candidates can visit our website for their own group number and exam timeslot assigned, or through their own school.

The regulations are based on the Chinese version. Our club reserves the right to make any amendments to the above statements.

備試室及考試室須知

1.            不准飲食

4.            考生必須遵循監考員的指示

5.            考生需自備所需文具

6.            考生於備試室內,必須保持安靜

7.            考生於備試室內,不得與其他考生交談

8.            當考生進入備試室後,不得離開

9.            考試進行時所有筆記, 書本,必須放入袋內或椅子下, 違例者可作作弊論

10.        監考員有權要求違規者離開試場

考生須知

1.          所有考生必須於開考前20分鐘到達試場報到處報到

2.          除了荃灣聖芳濟中學之學生, 其他考生考試完畢後, 必須立即離開試場

3.          未開考之考生, 不得擅自進入備試室及考試室

4.          考生需於報到處出示學生證, 以便確認身份

5.          考生之認考資格, 不得轉讓他人

6.          考生若未能於開考前到達報到處報到, 即當缺席論, 本會將不另作補考安排

7.          所有未能完成考試之考生, 均不獲$10之回贈

8.          所有考生均不得更改應考時間

9.          若考生因特別事故未能如期出席考試, 必須於2008年5月25日前, 以電話形式與本會青獅(LEO Jeff:67340306, LEO Benny:90166279)聯絡, 本會會因應情況另作安排.

10.      如考試當天天氣惡劣(天文台宣佈3號或以上風球、紅色暴雨或黑色暴雨), 是次活動將會自動取消, 而考生將獲退回$10考試費用.(退回之款項將轉交考生所屬之學校代為發還)

11.      如考生有任何查詢, 可瀏覽本會網頁或致電向本會查詢 (LEO Jeff:67340306)

12.      考生向本會提交查詢時, 必須提供組別編號及姓名, 以便確認身份

13.      考生可於本會網頁查詢組別編號及考試時間, 亦可向所屬學校查詢以上資料
